Bergen Community College Partnership
In 2011, Bergen Community College and the Fort Lee Public Schools entered into a partnership allowing the College to utilize Fort Lee High School as a satellite facility for academic degree program and School of Continuing Education courses. A product of the collaborative efforts between Bergen Community College, Fort Lee Borough, and Superintendent Engravalle, this satellite location provides a convenient option for the large number of Bergen students living in and around Fort Lee, giving them access to select classes and programs. Fort Lee School Board Candidacy Information
The deadline for filing nominating petitions to run for positions on the Fort Lee Board of Education is 4:00 p.m., Monday, February 27, 2012, Mrs. Cheryl Balletto, Board Secretary announced. The election is scheduled for Tuesday, April 17, 2012.[More Information]
Two New Apps for PowerSchool
Two new apps are now available in the Apple iTunes App Store: PowerSchool for Parents and PowerSchool for Students.These new apps will allow parents and students to access all the same information they would normally access from a browser, but with the ease and convenience of an app installed on their Apple mobile device.
The apps are FREE and available for download from the iTunes store. Version 1.0 of the apps will be supported on any Apple iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad running iOS version 4.0 or higher.
Kindergarten Registration for 2012-2013
The dates for Kindergarten registration for the Fort Lee School District will be on Wednesday, February 29th, 2012, Thursday, March 1st, 2012 and Friday, March 2nd, 2012. The registration process begins AT THE SCHOOL within the zone in which parents reside between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.[More Information]
