The 2026 Fort Lee Board of Education has been working diligently with our search consultant in a robust process to identify the very best Superintendent for our schools and community. Throughout January, the Board has been working collaboratively to select and meet for interviews the most impressive educational leaders from our pool of candidates. The 2026 FLBOE is on-track to complete our search in late or mid-February, in accordance with our previously announced timeline. We look forward to providing important updates to you within the month. Thank you for your interest and support as we make this momentous decision for our schools, our community, and our children.
